RESERVATIONS:

Reservations will be confirmed on receipt of payment in full. Bookings must be for a specific date. The date or period of time the activity/lesson/tour is booked for is the time the activity will happen, regardless of weather and/or changes in your itinerary.

REFUNDS:

No refunds are due for rentals voluntarily reduced in length. If weather and or wind/ rain require the activity/lesson/tour to be modified no refund is due.​

In the event Kahana Adventures (KA) must cancel a tour or rental, KA will try to reschedule customers the following day at their convenience. If KA is unable to accommodate a reschedule, customers are entitled to a one- hundred-percent (100%) refund.

RENTALS:

1. Cancellations received before 48 Hours of Booking will be refunded 100% of the paid fees.

2. Cancellations received after 48 Hours off Booking will incur Full Charge.  

3. If you fail to notify us of a request to cancel or reschedule at least 1 hour prior to your activity start time, you waive your right to receive a refund. You may still reschedule your reservation but no refunds will be due.

4. There is no charge to reschedule a rental reservation up until 24 Hours before the scheduled time of activity.

5. Groups consisting of 4 participants or more require 7 days notice of cancellation to avoid a 50% charge.

6.  No shows will be billed at 100 percent (100%).
